Microwave-safe decomposition container P series

There are microwave decomposition PTFE sample containers and polypropylene outer tubes, among others.

The P series microwave decomposition containers are designed for use in microwave heating (approximately 200W output). By directly heating the internal samples with high-frequency irradiation, the reaction time is significantly reduced, allowing for the simultaneous dissolution of multiple samples. Using a stationary type with a specially shaped PTFE inner container, it achieves an extremely low gas permeability rate. They are lightweight and easy to handle, and with the use of dedicated tools (sold separately), they can be easily attached and detached, offering excellent cost performance. Savillex PFA decomposition container

Corresponds to microwave pretreatment decomposition for ICP-MS trace element analysis.

The Sabirex PFA decomposition vessel is designed for the pretreatment decomposition of trace element analysis such as ICP-MS. It can be placed directly in a microwave oven, allowing for a reduction in sample decomposition time. There are also containers with a flat bottom exterior suitable for heating on a hot plate. Unlike jars and other containers, the dedicated lid is molded into a screw shape (serrated) considering pressure resistance. Manufactured from high-purity PFA resin, it poses no risk of impurity leaching and is inert to almost all chemical solutions. Due to its excellent liquid release properties, samples can be recovered without loss. *In pressure-intensive decomposition work, the temperature and pressure of the contents can become very high in a short time. This is particularly evident when working in a microwave oven. Please proceed with the correct usage and safety preparations.
